Who she’s for
Independent stylists who already run a book — and answer the same three texts after hours.
If you booth-rent, suite, or work a chair with your own guests, Pixie is the assistant who remembers them. If you need a full front desk, deposits, and a POS, keep the calendar you already trust. Pixie sits beside it. She is not a replacement for Vagaro.
What she is
Not a calendar with a chatbot taped on.
Pixie holds the studio memory: who sat, what you mixed, what they paid, what they told you in the chair. She talks with you in the app. She can text. She can read a photo of the formula card you just shot.
Checkout, SMS to guests, and the live Concierge conversation are coming online. This page will not pretend those doors are open.
The door
You don’t fill a 12-page form. You talk to the Concierge.
The Concierge is a Pixie whose only job is to dress yours: face first, then name, voice, and town. She’ll invite your Vagaro book if you have one. When the conversation is done, we hold a handle and make your Pixie. The access code does not travel through this website.
Your book
Bring Vagaro with you, if you want.
A browser tool exports your guests, notes, and appointments. You send that file to your Pixie from your own browser. We do not keep a copy in this shop.
Yours alone
One stylist. One Pixie. One database.
She is not a shared assistant. When she’s live, she lives on her own site, with her own memory.
